She is the one targeting our neighborhoods to find houses in, figuring out what we are going to fix on houses, hiring the contractors, and any finishing touches on our projects.

She is typically the first person you will talk to when you call one of our phone numbers, she gets information and gets it to the right person in the company, sets up walkthroughs, she pays our contractors, once we sign a contract she makes sure everything happens smoothly and helps us all stay on task.
