The Story…
We purchased this house from a couple that had been renting this house for awhile. Their renter ended up taking a lot of the original trim work on the first floor and he took the original mantle piece before he boarded up the beautiful fireplace. They were ready to move on from this rental experience and we were excited to take it off their hands quickly! We are working on this one right now in early 2020 and can't wait to share updates on the renovations with you!

We found this house on the market from a son who was ready to part with the house he grew up in, that needed to be sold while his mother relocated to a senior housing community. She didn't see any updates for quite a while, here are a few before pictures…

The Story…
This house came from a couple who called one of our postcards when they were trying to sell a house they inherited. They were ready to be done with it after spending a long time cleaning it out. Once we pulled up that vintage green shag carpet we found some of the most beautiful hardwood floors that we were able to refinish! This kitchen was down to bare floors and built back up with new cabinets and appliances. The bathroom was also refresher with a new tub, surround and vanity. This one hit the market and was under contract in less than 48 hours!

We purchased this home from a man who wanted to head to Texas to spend some time with his brother. We were able to add an additional bathroom as well as add an egress window in the basement for a third bedroom. This one included main level laundry, a big kitchen renovation, new septic system AND a ton of new drain tile put in to ensure the new owners will not need to worry about a wet basement anymore!

We found this gem on the market and we were so excited to tear off that pink siding and upgrade the exterior! Lots of colorful walls in this place that we opted to get rid of to provide a clean slate for the new owners. We got rid of the pink bathroom, restored the hardwood floors and gave it a completely new kitchen.
